Easy to follow directions lead to a delicious meal. I added far more seasoning/heat and thickened the sauce a bit more. It came out super flavorful. Thank you for the meal :)

It turned out pretty good my family loved it. However, next time I won’t use as much flour. I didn’t need 4 or even 2 cups of flour for the sauce.

Really tasty. The video was very helpful versus the written instructions.

Great taste, fun to make! I only used 1/2 the can of diced tomatoes and used celery salt in lieu of celery but still tasted great!

The Roux did not come out as expected. There was way too much flour and it did not brown like the recipe indicated. I resurrected it by using some of the Roux to make my own gravy; and then I sautéed my shrimp in the Roux and poured it over some grits. After that it was AWESOME!

Tasted great! We loved it. Only thing I will say is, you need rice for the recipe of course, however the ingredients don’t mention it & if you don’t read ahead on the instructions, it can easily be forgotten about while busy making the broth and étouffée.
