I doubled the sauce and added half teaspoon of cumin and a can of drained green chilies. It was perfect!

Delicious! The sauce was perfectly creamy and unlike many other enchiladas I’ve made w flour tortillas, these did not get soggy! Highly recommend!

This was to die for. I made several adjustments, such as using cumin for smokiness and richness. Even the hubby commented on how good it was

Delicious.... I used a red bell pepper and a can of green chilies instead of all the different bell peppers.

Fantastic! I used milk instead of cream to cut some calories but that didn’t hurt the flavor at all!

Sauce turned out great! The flour tortillas got a little too soggy to me but otherwise delish!

Hello,
I thought this recipe was great. I have made it twice. My husband loves it. I added more tomatoes. I used cherry tomatoes an used them for the inside and the topping. I also used poblano peppers.
Again, super recipe. Sure to make everyone happy.
Thanks,
Vanessa
