It was really good. Next time I’ll cut the celery a little bigger because when I simmered the sauce for hours it was hard to discern. The bit of crunch would have been good. We have leftovers for another night. All I’ll need is to make fresh rice.

Excellent! I bought a pound of shrimp and needed a recipe. I have never made Shrimp Creole Before. It turned out perfect. It took a bit longer to cook than I anticipated but it was worth the wait. I will make it again!
