- 1/2 bell pepper (medium, finely chopped)
- 2 tsp. garlic (minced)
- 1/2 lb. breakfast sausages (jimmy dean, hot or mild)
- 1 lb. crabmeat (picked through for shells)

- 1 cup Parmesan cheese (or gouda, shredded)
