This is a great starter recipe one of the things I do is I cut the corn halves into another half so they are smaller pieces. Then I boil them as well as the potatoes in crab boil, to make them a little spicy and flavorful. Then I take the shrimp and I actually marinade them in a small bit of the old bay and Cajun seasoning and butter until it is ready for me to put in the oven I cook the soft chorizo and put it with the sausage and seafood I am cooking ( mussels, clams, crab,) anything you like in the boil. I squeeze 2 oranges, 2 lemons, and the butter and seasoning over everything with the potatoes and corn except the shrimp( they will go on last) and I start to bake this. I baste it with the sauce that develops in the bottom of the pan every 10 minutes for about 45 minutes. I then add the shrimp and cook and baste 3 more times with the sauce that is in the pan. My family and friends love this

I added some Lemon and put it on broil in the oven. I also doubled the butter and it turned out amazing! Definitely will be making again.

Delicious and could not have been easier. Will pull this one out for an easy weeknight dinner or to double/triple for a crowd.

Delicious! Will definitely make again. I doubled the recipe and blended my own Cajun spice and my family loved it, highly recommend.

Delicious. Will make again. Made my own Cajun seasoning and used half the amount of salt.

This was good! I felt like I needed more butter sauce though. I also added minced garlic.

This was honestly really good!
I’m a garlic lover (especially when it comes to seafood), so I incorporated some garlic to the butter sauce and this was absolutely great!!!Thank you so much for sharing!

I didn't boil mine. I doubled the Cajun butter and mixed everything in a aluminum pan and put it on my smoker. It turned out great everyone loved it.

This was my first time making this dish and it turned out amazing. I got a little worried at first because of the amount of water I used, but I drained it every so often. The outcome was great! My friends and I enjoyed it !

Very delicious, especially paired with a cool mixed drink to counter the spicy.
