Outstanding! I adjusted the recipe in two ways: Reading that boiling shrimp shells for greater than 5 minutes can release unsavory flavors, I cooked the vegetables separately & added the shrimp shells for only 5 minutes. Then, based on other reviews, I added about 1.5 tsp more flour to make the bisque slightly thicker. Directions for this bisque are spot on and I will make this again for a special occasion. It will be a part of Christmas dinner. Yum-o!
