- 1 green pepper (chopped)
- 1 pt. cherry tomatoes (halved)
- pepper flakes (optional)
- 3 avocados (pitted and chopped, dress avocado with lemon juice to avoid browning)

- 4 oz. Greek feta cheese (cubed or crumbled)
