Did not turn out at all like described. Immediately "melted" into one big sheet of cookie once in the oven! Very Very chewy. (enjoyable still).
I think I will next time up the shredded wheat (perhaps a little extra flour too) and reduce the sugar a little in hope I'll make them firmer.
