- 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 2 cups coleslaw (store-bought)
- 4 flour tortillas (8 – 9 inch, or lavash bread)
- 12 oz. pork tenderloin (halved crosswise)
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. ketchup (style chili sauce)
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 onion (medium, chopped)
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil

Directions
- Cook onion and garlic in oil in a 3 to 4 quart heavy pot over moderate heat, stirring, until golden, about 8 minutes.
- Stir in remaining ingredients except pork, tortillas, & coleslaw, and simmer, covered, 10 minutes.
- Add pork and simmer, covered, turning occasionally, until tender, about 45 minutes.
