- 1 cup kale (shredded)
- 1 avocado (sliced)
- 1 1/2 lb. boneless chicken breast (thin sliced)
- 1/2 cucumber (sliced)
- 1 apple (sliced, or diced)
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. mustard (spicy)
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. dried parsley
