- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice (from 2 to 3 lemons)

- 2 large garlic cloves (chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 3 black pepper (good grinds)
