Pretty good, I think it was done cooking after 3 hours though. After shredding and cooking for another hour the bottom layer of meat got a bit burnt. I doubled the sriracha and red pepper flakes and added a bit of Cajun seasoning to make it spicier. First meal I ate on the Hawaiian bun, second time I mixed the meat in with Mac and Cheese (Bob Evans) and it was honestly way better than the having it on a sandwich. I will make again to add to mac n cheese!

Really good! I used 5 chicken breasts and 2 Tbsp sriracha. Served 5 people with enough leftovers for another 4-5 servings. Served on bakery style hamburger buns.
Update: 2/2023- used 1.5# chicken, Trader Joe’s Kansas City BBQ sauce, 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes and was out of siracha. Great balance of sauce to chicken.

Are you people afraid of spice?? I doubled the Sirachi and did about 1.5 tablespoons of red pepper flake. 1/4 teaspoon? The only way you’d know there was red pepper flake in it would be if one got stuck in your tooth!!
