- 800 grams fresh ramen noodles
- 4 eggs (hard boiled)
- 1 bunch spring onions (thinly sliced)
- 3 nori sheets (seasoned toasted, cut into squares)
- chili oil
- toasted sesame oil
- shichimi togarashi
