Perfect with a bunch of cheats. I substituted tomatoe sauce with 1/2 cup salsa and a splash of chicken broth. Eliminated the peppers, garlic powder instead of fresh garlic. added 1/2 cup shredded cheese. Used Goya Empinada wrappers.
