I've never made shortbread cookies before but these came out wonderfully! Perfect for having one with tea or coffee. I made them plain (without the sprinkles). My cookie cutters are big so they took about 25 minutes to bake.
Also, clicking on the directions button on Yummly leads to a blank page on your website, so I looked it up on my browser and bookmarked your website. You might want to fix that. :)

Worked great cutting them is easier by making a long roll and putting in fridge them cutting rounds after chilled
Also I out in salted potato chips for crunch!
