  • 1/4 cup pine nuts (chopped into rough pieces)
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (you can even use Panko)
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1 pinch salt (each of, and ground pepper)
  • 2 tablespoons parmigiano-reggiano (grated)
