- olive oil
- onion (– diced)
- 1 glass red wine (– preferably something Tuscan, but ya know dry, red, something you would drink)
- 15 oz. crushed tomatoes
- 1 can fish (it out after cooking)
- 2 bay leaves (– optional, I didn’t have any at the time)
- water (– Maybe a cup, only if you need it)
- Parmigiano Reggiano (Fresh grated)
- parsley (– optional, I kept it super simple here cause that’s how it was at Le Potazzine)
