- 6 Tbsp. plain yogurt (I used Greek-style yogurt)
- 6 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar (I used apple cider vinegar)
- 1 tsp. freshly ground pepper
- 1 inch fresh ginger (knob, peeled and grated)
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. turmeric
- 2 tsp. salt (freshly ground)
- 2 onions (peeled and cubed)
- 6 cloves garlic (peeled and pressed)
- 4 cups vegetable oil (I used canola, I've heard that olive oil doesn't work well)
- 1 lemon (organic, freshly juiced)
- 1 tsp. salt (freshly ground, to taste)
