Very yummy for a quick and low calorie meal! I added crushed red pepper to give it make it a little spicy. Will make again with chicken!

Very quick and tasty! Can definitely be improved by chicken or tofu, but thats easily added according to your own tastes. I used a little less peanut butter and soy sauce than listed. I also used almond milk. First time trying the shirataki noodles, and theyre very good! Entire thing came out to be ~160 calories!
