- 32 oz. beef mince (free range, grass feed, ideally organic see why it matters here)
- 4 onions (x small, peeled and diced, ideally organic)
- 1 carrot (x large, diced, ideally organic)
- 2 garlic cloves (peeled and grated or crushed)
- 3 rosemary (x sprigs of, and thyme)
- 4 bay leaves
- 17 floz bone broth (I used chicken stock, see how I make mine here)
- 3 apple cider vinegar (x tablespoons of organic)
- 2 balsamic vinegar (x tablespoons of)
- 1.5 kilograms potatoes (organic, peeled and cut into 5cm chunks)
- 30 grams grass-fed butter
- 118 mL almond milk
- 1 Dijon mustard (x heaped teaspoon of, for a totally dairy free option you can miss this out and your mash will still taste good if well seasoned)
- Maldon sea salt
