- 1 sweet onion (diced)
- 5 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 ground beef (lbs of)
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 2 tomato paste (tbsp of)
- 1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 3 Tbsp. A1 steak sauce
- 3 Tbsp. bbq sauce
- 1/2 tsp. grated nutmeg (. freshly grate it if you can, trust me it makes a HUGE difference.)
- 1 fresh thyme (tsp of)
- salt
- pepper
- salt
- white pepper
- 2 Yukon Gold potatoes (lbs of yellow, if they are bigger than your thumb cut in half, I leave skins on)
- 1/2 cup milk (+ more if needed)
- 2 greek yogurt (tbsp of, + more if needed)
- 1/2 cup Parmesan (+ more if needed.)
- 1 head roasted garlic
