It was very good. I tweaked the recipe a bit to what I had at home...I added some shredded cheese to the potatoes and I used Olive oil instead of vegetable oil.

I grated carrot and yellow zucchini and cooked it into the meat with the onions and garlic... gives it a festive, sunny look! I didn't use canned tomatoes but did add some Worcestershire sauce...

This dish was very delicious on a snowy day today. It was super easy to make and made the house smell terrific. We added little extra salt and pepper once dished up. I didn't have any corn, but the dish didn't even need it . We will definitely make again.
