    Turned out great! I used canned instead of frozen veggies, came out just the same.

    I'm somewhat of a beginner at cooking, but tried red wine instead of beef broth - don't do that. lol I'll definitely try it again with broth though since it's an easy, hearty meal. Also, I didn't use Idahoan products but real potatoes.
