- 3 dates (whole, pitted)
- 1/4 cup protein powder (I used Premier Protein Vanilla 100% Whey Protein Powder)
- 1/4 cup oatmeal
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 cup syrup (Sugar Free Torani, any flavor, SF Pumpkin Spice, SF Caramel, SF Salted Caramel are my favs for this)
- 2 Tbsp. almond butter
- 2 Tbsp. pumpkin puree (not Pie Filling)

Great quick treat. I substituted a defrosted banana for the syrup and coconut oil for almond butter.
