I used ghee instead of butter. Threw in king crab legs from Costco, scallops, lobster, turbot, snapper, and clams. It was too spicy for Keith, so added another can of tomato sauce. I also zested both a lemon and an orange- super good. This was our Valentine’s Day dinner!!!
