This was great! We will definitely add more seasoning next time, it was the perfect side to go along side our coconut shrimp. Before coming across this recipe we couldn’t think of anything to go with the shrimp. Great dish!

This was such a delicious combination of flavors. Next time i wont cook the potatoes for quite as long, however. I also used berbere seasoning because i didnt have za'atar, and it had a bit of a kick.
