- 1/3 cup brown sugar (lightly packed)
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 lb. lean ground beef (or ground turkey)
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (I use panko)
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp. salt (I use coarse, kosher salt)
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper (I use coarse black pepper)
- 4 medium potatoes (peeled and diced small, 1/4 inch pieces)
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
