- 1 whole chicken
- 1 small onion (sliced into 4 rounds)
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 mustard sauce (recipe of the Maple, from above You may make more separately for dipping later if you wish)
- 1 butternut squash (medium/large, peeled and cubed)
- 1 lb. brussel sprouts (stems cut off and quartered, broccoli would work nice here too)
- 1/2 purple onion (sliced into thick strips)
- 1/4 cup melted butter (or ghee)
- sea salt (/pepper to your taste)
