- 1/2 lb. surimi (cooked lobster meat or lobster flavored)
- 1/2 lb. lump crab meat
- 1 lb. extra large shrimp (peeled, deveined, and cut into thirds)
- 1/3 cup parsley (chopped fresh flat leaf, Italian)
- 1/4 cup dill (chopped)
- 1 pinch salt (and pepper)
- 1 pie dough (recipe of double crust)
- 1 beaten egg (mixed with one tablespoon water for the egg wash)
