Loved this simple yet tasty recipe! Will definitely keep this one in my back pocket for many dinners. We served over risotto, added some crushed red pepper to the final plate and it was perfect.

This a great easy low calorie dinner, even with the butter. The lemon and Italian seasonings make for a great combination of flavors. We usually serve with mixed fruit and a starchy green such as green beans or peas.

Tasted great over rice! I used Italian seasoning instead of garlic salt, and the shrimp were yummy. They were cooked perfectly, not overdone at all.

I made this a little different, instead of putting it into the over, I cooked it on top of the stove using the same ingredients, I added some hot pepper flakes to it. It was very tasty!

The easiest most simple lemon shrimp dish ever! I served it over orzo pasta. It was fabulous! This recipe will definitely be making part of our regular repertoire!
