This was really good. The lemon really came through on the chicken. When I make again, I'll add more honey and garlic to the marinade and make sure it's mixed better. I just threw everything into a ziploc baggie and tossed the chicken in. I did marinade it for about 2 1/2 hrs. Loved the potatoes too. Can't wait to make it again!
