Really good without the glaze! The glaze just made it too sweet. However, without the glaze, this dish tasted perfect! I’ll be trying this again soon with different sauces and spices. Thank you!!

This was very good and easy. I crushed the garlic instead of mincing. I read in one of the other reviews that they added goat cheese - sounds good, will definitely add that next time. Also, might serve it over couscous or quinoa.

So delicious! We roasted the Brussels and tofu separately to get it crispier and added goat cheese to make it creamy! Make sure to add more spices than it says to. Adding this to the rotation 🙌🏻

the tofu was a bit of a challenge. my first time ever cooking with it. i didn't have the extra firm, so ended up with pieces rather than cubes, and more wet. the flavors were a good mix.

not bad. didnt use the vinegar and used adobe spanish seasoning and kale instead of brussel sprouts. i was surprised at how good it tasted

I used cauliflower instead of the Brussels sprouts. While not as colorful still very good.
