    the tofu was a bit of a challenge. my first time ever cooking with it. i didn't have the extra firm, so ended up with pieces rather than cubes, and more wet. the flavors were a good mix.

    It was a hit! I used a smoked tofu and baked the dredged tofu on a separate tray to keep them as crispy as possible. Easy and so satisfying.

    not bad. didnt use the vinegar and used adobe spanish seasoning and kale instead of brussel sprouts. i was surprised at how good it tasted

    Yummy and easy. Subbed the brussels for the asparagus I had. Served it with cauli mash, lentils and brown rice, Buddha bowl style. Will be doing more sheet pan cooking because it's so easy.

    I used cauliflower instead of the Brussels sprouts. While not as colorful still very good.
