- 26 oz. salt (canned, no-, added chopped tomatoes, and their juices)
- 11 oz. tempeh (crumbled, or veggie crumbles, such as Morning Star Farms brand, optional)
- 15 oz. salt (added black beans or pinto beans, drained and rinsed)
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (finely)
- avocado (Chopped, for serving)
- scallions (Thinly sliced, for serving)
