    Great I baked the veggie for 30 min & chicken for 40 & then 5 minutes under the broiler. My husband loved it. I baked the chicken in a cast iron skillet.

    Excellent! Very tasty and easy to prepare. My guests all loved it. I used 50% more chicken and served it with a side of couscous.

    It was amazing. I didn't have all the ingredients for the roasted vegetables and used what I had instead and it still turned out amazing. 😋

    This was my kind of dinner! I love roasted vegetables but the addition of the apples made it amazing!! I used skinless breast instead of thighs. It was very healthy but drier than the thighs would have been. I may try it with thighs next time... and yes there will be a next time

    Extremely delicious! Followed the recipe exactly, just added a bit of cayenne pepper to the chicken. The chicken was sooo flavourful and juicy, the vegetables complimented each other perfectly and the meal seriously upgraded with the apple. Served it with garlic bread. Made enough for 2 dinners but it all disappeared in one.

    this is soooo beyond good ive never liked brussle sprouts but these are amazing! i just added a little butter and its easy and wonderful!(:

    So yum. Just didn’t realize you have to marinate the chicken, so it took longer than expected. But still so worth it. I ran out of olive oil so used melted butter for the veggies. Will come back to this one for sure.

    Loved this , I only did the veg n apple this time and normally the family aren’t a big fan of sprouts but they ate them in this dish , I will do it again using the chicken and maybe try it with pears instead of apples for a difference

    I think I missed a step. Overall it tasted good but needed more seasoning and when I did the broiler it ended up burning parts of the chicken.

    Chicken was moist and tender inside and skin was crispy. I added some fresh green beans too. Flavor of brussel sprouts overpowered other vegies.

    Delicious!! Will Definitely make it again..Substituted broccoli for the brussel sprouts because my husband is not a fan. Riasted the chicken at 400 fir 30 min. and veggies at 375 for 25 min - came out perfect!

    I did it in a Air fryer oven separating chicken with a provided rack. Baked for 25 minutes on 360 degree setting, it was awesome!

    Good flavors! I didn’t have fresh rosemary so I used dried and it was all tasty. Be sure you watch the chicken because mine was dry

    Excellent! I didn’t use a separate pan for the chicken. I just used a bit of aluminum foil to make a little “dish” and keep it in its own corner of the sheet pan.

    It was absolutely delicious, but I substituted the Brussels for broccoli (family members don’t like it so much☹️) and couldn’t find any fresh rosemary so I used coriander, but it was still absolutely delicious thank you for the recipe. I’d like to add that I’ve never cooked before 😂 this was very easy to make and a great success and confidence boost! I love it keep making similar ones !
