    I love it and I will definitely cook it again. The steps were easy to follow. The only thing I modified I didn't use ginger.

    this was great. my "not too spicy" partner really liked it. I'm a bit squeamish about gamey meat... I divided the chicken with a breast and a boneless thigh... couldn't tell one bite from the next.
