  • 4 boneless pork chops (1/2 inch thick, just under 1 pound total weight)

    It is very bland - I think marinating the pork chops in something or using more spices would be helpful

    it was excellent! we added some applesauce to eat with the pork in case it was too dry, but the pork was very juicy and we didn't need it. we will make it again!

    I added cayenne and basil to the spices I like a little heat. Turned out great! Would definitely make this again

    Amazing and delicious! My boys do not eat asparagus, and they ate it tonight! The other great part is that there is one pan to clean up! We will definitely he having this often.

    My kids loved this dinner, and they are very picky when it comes to meat dishes. The next time I make them I won’t put Parmesan on the potatoes or asparagus as it was a little too much - I like the flavor of veggies simple most times. I’ll also experiment with different sides, I know this eliminates the “one tray” deal, but the pork chops alone are worth it for some added variety. Great recipe! Thanks!

    Very easy to make. I might try some fresh garlic and cracked pepper on the potatoes.

    The pork chops and asparagus were great! I found that the cheese/panko mixture did stick to the potatoes overly well though. I might skip that step next time and just season them like roasted potatoes.

    Didn’t have asparagus on hand, so I just did the potatoes and pork chops and it came out great.

    Great! Husband liked it a lot too. I used thin cut chops so I inly baked them the firat half with the potatoes and it was perfect.

    Fantastic! Cooked in my cuisinart convection oven, next time I will try steam bake. Nice recipe allows serving size which is ideal since just me, I don’t mind left overs once in awhile.

    The flavor was good. Asparagus was a bit overdone. Easy. Pork chops were a little dry. Maybe decrease their cook time a bit.

    thr texture was right, it was juicy, it was cooked correctly, but it didn't quite appeal to me. Might recommend, but it's a bit bland.

    This was so delicious! I added green beans to the mix and included old bay and garlic with the panko-Parmesan mix. The pork chops stayed tender and the cheesy crust that developed on everything was so good! Will definitely be making this again!
