Tasty and a great option for cutting back on meat. Easy to make. Will definitely make again.

Great main dish. Wish I'd doubled the recipe as others had suggested. As another note make sure the tofu is extra firm, the brand I normally buy was out of stock and had to buy firm tofu that left the bites feeling to airy in the center.

This was really good! Made double and put it over rice with broccoli roasted at the same time as the tofu. This would also be good on a sandwich with some coleslaw.

Next time I would double or triple the recipe and really drain the tofu as well as possible.

My daughter and I made this recipe together. It was super easy to make and very delicious! We will be making this one again!
