Followed the recipe, I did double the sauce directions. I used shrimp and added fresh broccoli. It turned out really tasty. I served it over brown basmati rice, the whole family enjoyed it. Definitely adding this recipe to my collection, can’t wait to try it again with chicken or beef. I also used Bragg liquid aminos instead of soy sauce to control the sodium....next I’ll probably 1/3 cup of that and a 1/3 cup of water. It wasn’t overly salty for my taste but I still think it can be taken down another notch without sacrificing flavor.
