- 1 sweet potato (large, or 2 small sweet potatoes)
- 3 tsp. oil
- pepper
- cayenne
- 1/4 cup Tahini
- 3 cloves garlic
- juice (a lemon)
- 1 pinch sugar
- 1/2 tsp. dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp. salt (or to taste)
- 1 tsp. Sriracha hot sauce (optional or use less)
- greens (choice I used baby spinach)
- 1 zucchini (sliced thin)
- veggies (other raw or roasted)
