  • 4 cups Brussels sprouts (shaved, — you can find them pre-shaved at Trader Joe’s or you can cut them yourself. I cut them up myself because the sprouts were too small for my mandolin and it didn’t take too long. Just be careful with the knife!)
  • 1/4 cup red onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons agave
