- 1 stalk fresh brussels sprouts (you can find this at a farmers market or Trader Joe’s)
- 1 pomegranate arils (extracted, approx. 1/2 cup)
- 1/2 cup roasted walnuts (chopped)
- 1/3 cup raisins
- 2 green onions (finely diced)
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup olive oil (we love this olive oil)
- 2 Tbsp. honey mustard (rosemary, I used this brand; you can substitute 1 tbsp dijon with 1/2 tsp fresh chopped rosemary)
- 1 Tbsp. honey (2 tbsp of honey if substituting dijon)
- 1 lemon
- 1 lemon
- salt (to taste)
