  • 1 pomegranate arils (extracted, approx. 1/2 cup)
  • 1/2 cup roasted walnuts (chopped)
  • 1/3 cup raisins
  • 2 green onions (finely diced)
  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup olive oil (we love this olive oil)
  • 2 tablespoons honey mustard (rosemary, I used this brand; you can substitute 1 tbsp dijon with 1/2 tsp fresh chopped rosemary)
