- 1 inch ginger (piece of, peeled and grated)
- 1 lime zest (and juice)
- 2 tsp. chili paste
- 1 Tbsp. honey (or agave nectar)
- 1 Tbsp. rice vinegar (not seasoned)
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp. grape seed oil (or other neutral oil)
- pepper
- salt
- 1 bunch asparagus (thick stalk, ends trimmed and stalks peeled into ribbons)
- cabbage (Handfull of thinly sliced, I used about 2 handfuls)
- 3 green onions (thinly sliced, I used 2)
- 3 sprigs mint leaves (removed and finely sliced)
- 1/3 cup peanuts (roughly chopped, I used dry roasted peanuts)
