- 3 cups fresh pineapple (diced)

- 1 tsp. Hawaiian sea salt

- 1 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/2 stick unsalted butter (12 tablespoons)
- 2 bulbs garlic (20-30 cloves)
- 1/2 cup water (Hawaiian chili pepper)
- 3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice

- lemon wedges (and pineapple wedges)
