Was so fire! 🔥I will make again for sure! I used a green bell pepper. Cooked mine in a Dutch oven on the stovetop. Added cilantro and goat cheese once plated.

This was really good. I added 1 Tbsp harissa paste, and served with warm druze pita. Used the leftover sauce on pizza (makes wonderful pizza sauce).

I overcooked the eggs the first time ,but got it right on the second try. The family loved it! I’m vegan, so I have to go on their rating. I will make it again for the family. Thank you!

This recipe is amazing! I skipped the cheese and used cilantro then added sliced avocado and half a fresh squeezed lime at the end!

I used 5 frozen roma tomatoes, some tomato sauce I had frozen, and a bit of tomato paste. I added fresh oregano and green onion at the end. Next time I'll cook in the oven for less than 10min as the yolks were hard. It was great with homemade baguette!

This recipe was easy and was a hit when I shared it with friends. I first followed the recipe, but subsequent times I made variations. It’s all good.

Really enjoyed making this dish. All the flavors together really worked and made for a great flavor. I added a Jalapeño which really took it up a notch. I think I should have cut the red pepper flakes with the spicy I brought with the pepper. Oh, well. Next time I guess. Make this dish. You’ll be happy you did.

It’s always delicious! I use 6 eggs though, to make two dinners, but otherwise stick to the recipe.

Very good recipe. I added 2 tomatoes to the canned tomatoes and 2 extra garlic cloves (I blended everything before adding to the pan). Simply delicious!

Delish! Followed exactly, but added mozzarella since I didn't have feta and cilantro instead of parsley. Also toasted garlic bread with mashed avocado and lime and put the shakshuka ontop...so good!! Maybe a little heat next time...

The first time I made this dish, it was simply heavenly.
Every mouthful kept the initially unexpected promise of strong, awesome flavors; it was very aromatic indeed, and savoury.
Now, I have yet to succeed in replicating the exquisite delicacy of the dish I prepared originally.
Was I lucky the first time around? Did I unintentionally stray from the recipe? Does one need to make a few happy mistakes along the way to obtain that outstanding final result?
Perhaps I was just really hungry after the long day of fasting that I'd gone through.
Anyway; that recipe deserves 5 stars for sure--or at least if it gets you what it got me, on that first day, so heavenly.

Very flavorful! We used fresh tomatoes instead of canned. the cook time was a little longer but well worth it! thanks for sharing this recipe!

Love this recipe! I followed the suggestions in some of the other reviews - doubled the veggies and added a diced jalapeño (without seeds or ribs). This is definitely a keeper.

Wonderful. Made couple of modifications based on what I had in the kitchen for spices, but it turned out delicious anyways. Thank you

Loved it! I added a bit more bell peppers and for the next time I will probably use a bit more spices, but the addition of feta was fantastic.

This was great. I will add it to my recipes I use often. I don’t like cumin so I split that in half.

The whole family loved it and begged for me to make again! I added less onion and garlic powder, chives, rosemary, and a lot of colorful peppers.

This was an outstanding surprise. Highly adaptable, I like spicy so some extra jalapeños and a sprinkle of shaved Parmesan made for a nice addition! Will be making again real soon!
