Simple & delicious.
I messed up a little & wish they listed the oven temperature.

This is so easy and so delicious...I imagine it's even better if you have a cast iron pan to cook it all in!

Fantastic! Another dish I will be making again and again...and it's very simple to make. The thick tomato sauce combined with the spices and anions make for a delicious and surprisingly mild accompaniment to the eggs. I left out the green peppers, but threw some feta cheese on top along with the parsley, once it was cooked....so tasty!
