Absolutely wonderful dish. We made it while we were camping this summer and it was heavenly. We’ve made different variations of it subbing chipotles, cotija cheese, & cilantro and it was still delicious. This is definitely a staple in our house now

Yum yum yum yum! This basic recipe is perfect. Now a staple in my household. Sometimes I add cubed potatoes, different veggies, or pumpkin purée, there are many varieties possible. With all the garnishes on top (and a lot of them) and some crusty bread, it's an impressive plated presentation for what is truly a simple meal.
