Surprising flavor combos. Loved it. Used 28 oz can of crushed tomatoes since I only had 1 raw tomato (took no time to get it thick). Added 1/2 lb of ground turkey to the sauce and wish I didn't. Meat on the side would've been better. Loved the fact that it came from North Africa!

It was very tasty. I added green peppers, white potatoe slices and increased the amount of tomato puree for a little more sauce,

Tried it and it tasted exactly like what I had at a nice restaurant previously.
Didn't modify the recipe. Will definitely cook this again. Super easy!
