It was quite a nice sauce although next time I’d probably put use less vinegar, it was very powerful

Very good. I added a bunch of extra veggies: carrots, red and yellow bell peppers, red onions, cucumbers, tomatoes. Great meatless Monday meal that my whole family enjoyed.

Delicious, easy and quick. I added a bed of power greens under the soba noodles and it made a well-rounded meal. I will definitely make this again.

The flavor was good, I just did not care for the sweetness and did not care for the strong taste of the green onion. Next time I will prepare the dish without sugar and with one green onion.

My husband and I loved it! great alternative to a white pasta for a quick and easy lunch. added steamed veggies on the side.
