Really great flavor snd fairly easy. Cooked some beets, diced, 1st on 1 end (on some parchment so the red juices wouldn't go onto the other veg/meat). Used salmon and swordfish and that took an extra 5-6 min. Served with an Asian salad. Very satisfying.
