- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil (divided)
- 2 Tbsp. Jif Creamy Peanut Butter
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce (or tamari)
- 1 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. Sriracha chili sauce
- 1 tsp. fresh ginger (grated)
- 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
- 8 oz. spaghetti (uncooked)
- fresh vegetables
- cucumbers
- radishes

Directions
- COMBINE 2 teaspoons sesame oil, peanut butter, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, Sriracha, ginger and garlic in small bowl. Set aside.
- COOK spaghetti according to package instructions until desired doneness. Add 2 tablespoons pasta cooking water to peanut butter mixture. Drain spaghetti; rinse under cold water. Return to pot. Add 1 teaspoon sesame oil; toss to coat.
- STIR peanut butter mixture until smooth. Pour over spaghetti; toss to coat. Garnish with vegetables.
